Each pair of Fin's loafers will arrive with a beautiful drawstring Fin's travel bag. Orders on other styles will arrive in a traditional felt shoe bag.
Returns and Exchanges
Fin's have been made with love and care, and we pride ourselves on the quality of our shoes and accessories. Each pair of shoes is inspected thoroughly before it is packed up and dispatched to you.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, please accept our sincere apologies and send it back with the advice note with which it came, making sure to fill it out as clearly as possible. We will either send you a replacement product or refund your money - whichever you prefer. Please refer to procedure below.
Returning an Item
Should you wish to return your order from Fin's, please fill out the return form on the advice note sent with your order. We would appreciate it if you stated the reason for your return.
The goods must be returned in the original or similar box/protective packaging, and must be received in the same immaculate condition as they were received in – we cannot accept worn/soiled/scuffed shoes and/or soles. Please therefore ensure that you try any shoes on carpet.
Should you wish to exchange your order from Fin’s, please fill out the exchange form on the other side of the returns form, stating clearly the item you would like in exchange.
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your invoice/dispatch note will come with a form to fill out should you wish to refund or exchange your purchase. Please ensure that this form is enclosed with your return, and that you have stated the reason why the product(s) are being returned.
All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.
We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post.
All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them. We regret that, unless the items are returned with the full packaging (i.e. with the travel bag) the goods will be non-refundable.
We will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation. If the exchanged item you requested is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note that in the unlikely event of the goods actually being faulty, or if we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall of course pay for postage.

Trying the shoes on
Please ensure you try your new shoes on carpet as we cannot accept back soiled, scuffed or worn shoes or worn soles. If they are a little tight, please bear in mind that the nature of a driving shoe is to stretch a little, and a few wears should make them the perfect fit.
ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Shoes bought in the sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
