How do I contact you from outside the UK?

What methods of payment do you take?

We take all major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express and Diners Club cards. We do not accept cash, cheques or postal orders.

Is the credit card service secure?

Yes, we use 128 bit industry standard encryption.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Not yet, but we are working on it. Keep checking on the site for developments!

How do I know what size shoe I am?

We have devised what we hope is a rather clever tool for checking your size. Click here for a PDF, which will have all the exact dimensions of the lasts of each size of shoe for you to print out. So, if you’re not sure whether you are a size 9 or 10, print out the page, making sure that your printer doesn't scale the whole thing down, put your foot on the outlines (make sure you take your shoes off first!) and hopefully your question will be answered. It is worth keeping in mind that our suede is soft, and will stretch out a bit after a couple of wears. A bit snug should stretch out to perfect foot glove.

How do I clean my shoes?

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to send you aerosol protective spray in the post. But we really recommend giving your shoes a spray before you take them to the beach/swimming pool/muddy field/night club.

We recommend using a suede brush on your shoes after a few wears. A few points to remember: Wait until your shoes are dry before using a suede brush. Make sure you brush in the same direction (i.e. not back and forth).

Even though your shoes have lovely, waterproof rubber soles, the suede itself will not survive a swim.

Do you have a shop?

At the moment, Fin’s is an online shop, but we are hoping to have our shoes in a few fabulous spots around the UK and beyond. We’ll keep you updated in our Stockist Enquiry section.
